Overview

A very rare movable picture book, circa 1890's, by pop up book master, Lothar Meggendorfer. The binding is intact but loose, all 6 delightfully odd, full-color mechanical pages are in complete working order, however there are small tears on the edges of them. There is some very light creasing on 2 of the moving subjects that are situated especially close to the binding. There is also some light soiling on the back cover. The few cosmetic defects do little to detract from this whimsical moveable picture book!
