All right, so I recently watched the horror movie Annabelle, which is supposed to be based off true events. It's not really because the Warrners were proven to be pretty much liars about all of the stories they wrote about. Nonetheless, going just based off a horror movie or thriller really, I would say it was all right. I was raised on horror movies growing up so perhaps I'm a touch biased when it comes to scary movies. I was honestly expecting the doll to do more. Maybe not Chucky level doing things but more than just kind of being "hey because that doll is here bad things are happening." The characters are so-so simple because the main focus is on the wife and the husband is a doctor so you don't see him much through the movie, and when you do he's pretty useless. Over all, if you haven't watched horror movies your whole life then it might creep you out. Otherwise, I suggest you treat it like any other B rate horror movie and crack jokes the whole movie, like I did.
