I picked up this book just a few days after we got it in the store. I love Dan Brown's books. I've read every book he's ever written, including the few that are not his Robert Langdon series. He is an excellent author and writer. I love the fact that in each of his books, this one especially, he includes so much historical background. Being a history buff and a bookworm, I read this book in two days. 'Origin' is extremely well written. I loved the building suspense of Robert Langdon's adventure in trying to help his student with his mission. I also like the small chapter he puts at the end of his book explaining what is historical fact and what is fiction. All in all, this was an amazing book and I plan on re-reading this book again and again.
After an event at which futurist Edmond Kirsch is to announce a groundbreaking discovery erupts into chaos, Robert Langdon rushes to Barcelona to locate a cryptic password that will reveal Kirsch's secret before it is lost forever.
