Moderate rubbing to board panels, wear to board edges; 1/2" loss at spine middle & base. Inner hinge loose, splitting between pgs. 4-5; this hinge also has vertical page split along top third. 1/4" loss (from tape) to front endpaper. A worn but still attractive compendium of reference and knowledge from another era. Nicely enhanced by numerous detailed illustrations, including more than two-dozen color maps.
