I've been wanting to read the book by George orwell called 1984. Only one copy avail , glad I called ahead to put on hold. Can't wait to read it, been told it's one of the greatest books I'll read
I love books, and I always end up with some here. Also, they have a fun section with collectibles that I can pick something up from. I usually end up with a bag full of great stuff for $20-$30 bucks including some books for my kids. It's a great value but also just good practice to find homes for used things instead of throwing them away. I find the heavy mask by staff slightly unsettling, but I'm sure they have reasons and I respect that.
Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. I also love how inclusive they are to everyone. Also, if you have extra paper bags you can bring them to a location for them to reuse. It's great that they're recycling.
Great location for finding books, comics, gaming options, and other various fun items. There was a line to get in when this place opened at 10 am... but we didn't have to wait but for a moment to get inside. The location was organized and clean... making it nice to walk around and check out all the items they have for sale. They also have lots of rare and collectible items. The staff was nice as well. It's definitely a great place to visit if you love reading, owning books, or looking for unique finds. It's also located across from the Park Nicollet Specialty Center, which if you have a loved one in treatments and their appointments take over an hour or more, this is an excellent place to check out whole waiting.
