Customer service here is superb! I had to sell some books as I am moving out of state. I have mobility issues so I called from my car to see if they could come out to get 2 boxes of books. Enter Keeton! He brought my books in and could see that my mobility issues were more than minor (thoughtful). He got permission from his manager to go the extra mile. He took care of the whole transaction while I'm sitting in my vehicle. What an exceptional employee and person Keeton is to your store! Thank you Keeton!

Greated with smiles and great directions of what was going on. Get there early if your selling any books, magazines, videos or puzzles. Great prices on all the items!

Every location is a fun little treasure hunt! I've gotten some wildly good deals, and they all have consistently good product.Book buyback prices are quite low, but i don't think that warrants less stars... the place is great!
