My favorite childhood fantasy book
Jani M. - 4 years 9 months agoThis book had such an amazing impact on me as a child, I named my kid after one of the main characters! It sparked so much wonder and curiosity in me, and I always recommend it to the young audience it captures. I can't wait to introduce it to my own kid!

Book for all ages!
Katie B. - 6 years 5 months agoThis is one of my favorite books/series. I first read this book in middle school, and was so happy to find out it was the first book in a series. It is one of those books that I've read multiple times. It is a book for all ages, not just middle schoolers. The story sucks you in right away with the mystery in the beginning and the magic that follows.

A girl and her younger brother are sent to stay at their grandparents estate not knowing what the estate really was - a secret preserve for all manner of magical creatures! Follow Kendra and Seth as they discover what the grounds really hold and take part in missions to help preserve the land and its creatures.
