Overview

This book chronicles the lumbering industry in northern Wisconsin. Green buckram boards with gilted lettering; signed by author on first flyleaf. Endpapers show a map of the Shell Lake Lumber Co. land. Page edges are slightly faded, but otherwise tight and in great condition! The photographs and pull out maps really give a feel of the industry as it was lived in the late 19th/early 20th century.
