Overview

Mono with the deep groove Columbia label with six eyes. Misprinted with "Adderley" mispelled as "Adderly" on front and back of cover, and tracks B1 and B2 reversed on back cover but correct on label side 2. Number "4" printed on bottom right corner of the back of the cover. Jacket has some moisture staining on back near spine, and some splitting along top seam. Record has some scuffs and deep scratches on both sides.
