Overview

A continuation of the story about Nicodemus and his sister, which introduces the Houn' Dog! Illustrated monochromatic with red accents throughout. Stated Tenth Printing. Hardcover with illustrated boards. Significant rubbing at top and bottom edges from age and handling. Each page has a red zig-zag pattern along the edges. Somewhat soiled and yellowed from age and handling. Illustrated endpages. A small brow stain is found at the top corner of the first few pages as well as the rear flap of jacket. Front endpage hs a dark smudge at top right corner, and a penciled date and price. Text is otherwise clean and unmarked. Former library slip from 1988 is loose in front. Dust jacket shows significant wear with some soiling and many chips along the edges. Tears at head and tail of the cover, as well as one along the tail of the back cover. It is now protected from further damage by a mylar sleeve.
