Pictorial endpapers, gilt page-ends; red-white-and-blue ribbon marker, as this volume commemorates America's bicentennial. Shadow of signature showing through verso and title pages. Illustrations on front and rear boards match those of slipcase. VG+. Mild scuffing to slipcase. 1" patch of fading to middle of fore-ege. Illustrated throughout with full-page color artwork from Max, who's psychedelic style is reminiscent of the 1960s.
