It includes a preface by Maurice Girodias and an essay titled "Wonder Waif Meets Super Neuter" by Paul Krassner. Some minor creasing on bottom of front and back covers, and some minor scuffing on the edges of the spine. Green sprayed page edges have faded for the most part.
