Issue 32 of United Feature Syndicates, Newspaper strip compilation magazine, "Sparkler" featuring a cover with the katzenjammer kids, other stories included Tarzan, Race Riley and the Commandos, Nancy, Ella Cinders, El Bombo, Hap Hopper, and Abbie an' Slats. Missing center leaf containing the start of the sparkman comic and end of Nancy. This comic is in good condition with no open tears, but some staple rusting, and oxidization, Comic only uses one center staple, indicative of WWII steel rationing, a fun golden age treat. While missing a page, this comic is otherwise well preserved and presents a great snapshot of what the funny pages looked like during the great war.
