Overview

Circa 1890's, no printed publishing year. Green boards with gilded front and spine. Boards do have noticeable wear, with scuffing and corner wear. Edges of text block are gilded, and binding is still strong. Ex-libris plate on first endpaper, pages have some foxing but text and illustration plates are still vibrant. A lovely testament to the care given to bookbinding of the era.
