"A" edition of this Little Golden Book classic. Significant shelfwear at spine's crown and heel, with tiny area of binding exposed at heel and a larger area at crown. Minor chipping along rest of spine. Minor rubbing and moderate edgwear to covers with a couple small dents. Faint pencilmark on back cover. Previous owner's inscription on title page. A couple tiny closed tears on edges of two pages. While definitely not "like new," this copy is in very good shape for an 80 year-old children's book.
