Overview

The publishing history of Herbert's now classic novel is the stuff of legend. Rejected by over 20 publishers for being too long, it was finally serialized in Analog magazine in 8 parts under two titles: "Dune World" and "The Prophets of Dune". Parts 1-3 of "The Prophet of Dune" appeared in the January throug-March 1965 issues, with the iconic sandworm on the cover of the March issue. All 3 issues are complete here, with minor rubbing along the edges of the wraps, and a few small creases at the corners. January also has a small chip on the fore edge of the front wrap.
