Outside box is in in rough condition with top right corner split from original binding. The bottom two corners are beat up but the cardboard binding is not spliting. The top cover of the box is bent inwards.The box is still very closeable. Comes with 3 booklets, and unfoldable map, and 17 various pages of maps and writing. All of the booklets and maps are in great conditon with no markings or tears.
