Investigative reporter LOUIS HICKS has made a name for himself as an expert on serial killers-and a thorn in the side of the local police department. As he becomes embroiled in a current string of killings, Hicks comes close to catching the mysterious killer, KEETCH, who has a knack for evading Hicks, disappearing seemingly into thin air. On the run from the police and a target himself, Hicks soon realizes that he's up against someone who can never be caught.
