First edition, 8th printing, with the type completely re-set with Joyce's involvement. Originally issued softbound in blue wrappers but often, as here, put in contemporary fine hardcover bindings after purchase. This copy was rebound without the original blue wrappers, and is in excellent shape aside from age-related toning and some very light rubbing along the spine. A highly collectible copy of a literary landmark.
