    Provided a valuable framework for understanding brain functions in a structural way, a structural model to develop machine intelligence that is conscious, constantly learning, and an evaluation of what are and are not of outcomes to fear, and what are positive outcomes to consider. The author explains the current state of machine intelligence and its limitations compared to a his theoretical neural model. READ IT.
