This book is not quite like other metaphysical books on the market. It is a very daring and brave book that gives a different perspective on the word "God," and how that word (in Walsch's explanation) represents our individual Selves and not just a word specifically for a Higher power. Walsch also offers information from his life on how he came to have a conversation with God. It is a must read for anybody interested in metaphysics books.
