    This book and the author’s work revolutionized dog training. The method is more enjoyable for the trainer and the animal and is profoundly more effective. The book is easy to read. These hardest part about the process is shifting how you think about the process of molding behavior. It isn’t complicated, it just isn’t the way people often think about interacting with their pets. #SummerReading

    I came across this book when I first had my dog and it proved invaluable in training him. It was also useful in educating me on how positive and negative reinforcement can work both in animals and people. These techniques can also be used on children to curb bad habits and reinforce good ones. It is a must-have for anyone who owns a dog.
