    A great read for both long time lovers of the Gravity Falls television series and newcomers to the show. Goes into greater depth of creatures and events which occur around Gravity Falls during the summer which the Pines twins have been spending their vacation with their uncle. The journal also tells about events which occurred before the show takes place involving a certain mystery character. For those with no prior knowledge of the show, the journal is filled to the brim with codes and ciphers waiting to be solved!
