Contemporary Gothic
Sky K. - 1 year 2 months agoDark atmospheres, unexplicable history, a missing girl. Home Before Dark is a contemporary twist on the gothic tale. Sager keeps us guessing until the very end...are things as they seem? Is this a paranormal horror? Or are the people you know the real monsters? Perfect for the horror reader to bridge into mystery.

Excellent Spooky Mystery
Sarah H. - 5 years 2 months agoHome Before Dark was a great scary mystery that takes place years after something mysterious happened in an old “haunted” house. You follow Maggie, who is now an adult, but lived in the house when she was a child, as she tries to piece together what happened with chapters from her father’s perspective then. It’s a great book if you love plot twists and a little bit of spookiness! #SpringPicks
