  • Old-fashioned common sense

    Let's face it, the book has been around for decades and quoted by those who know how to successfully communicate with strangers and friends alike. There are numerous salient points made, which just seem like common sense now that I'm older. I've learned how to read the room and alter my behavior and words to fit my audience. The digital generation has not acquired those people skills. I think this is a good book for them to learn what it is to interact face-to-face with people rather than across a keyboard.

    The book (print) is much smaller than I was expecting. I probably wouldn't have bought it had I known it was so small.

    Works. It’s a good book, does the job. It's paperback, but I don't mind that in the slightest. The content in the book is still very relevant today!
