Dustjacket is in rough condition. It has tears along the spine and edges.Dark red cover with gold text has bent corners. There is a previous owners name in ink on the inside cover as well as a store sticker on the bottom near the spine. There is a penciled price on the upper right corner of the first page.There are inked check marks next to some of the chapters on the Table of Contents. There is a stain on thet fore edge of the book. The extent of the works of Davis, thirty volumes in number, has seemed too formidable for many. They are an encyclopedia of the essential principles of science, philosophy and religion, of immense value.
