Must read YA lit!
Kelly M. - 6 years 5 months agoMonster by Walter Dean Myers is a riveting story of a 16 year old boy who is jailed and put on trial for murder. Written like a script, one of the more fascinating aspects of the book is not just the depth of the story itself, but the variety of fonts used by the author to delineate between characters. The plot line is well developed, drawing the reader into the story and feeling the emotions of the main character. Great YA lit!
