    Our Iceberg is Melting is a wonderful little business fable you can read in less than an hour. It's all about inspiring choice in organizations; from businesses to social clubs the lessons learned from this penguin predicament can be applied to everyone. This book is light-hearted with a serious lesson. The characters portrayed could very easily be someone the reader may work with or know. With beautiful illustrations, this is a must-read for anyone wanting to change their world.
