Each chapter is short and based on a different biblical principal pertaining to spiritual leadership. Rooted in the word of God and solid.

I still see ways that it has sharpened my faith and leadership capacity in both my ministry and my personal relationships almost every single day. I cannot recommend this work highly enough to anyone eager to exercise their gift of spiritual leadership.
