Fantasy, mystery, and mayhem for all!
Colleen C. - 5 years 2 months agoThis is the second adventure in this graphic novel series based on the popular podcast, and it's just as crazy as the first. It's a little bit "Murder on the Orient Express", and little bit "Sherlock Holmes", and whole lot of hilarious. You don't have to play Dungeons & Dragons to follow the story, in which our three adventurers have to gain passage on a train to recover a dangerously powerful artifact, only to find themselves smack dab in the middle of a murder mystery with a very few unique suspects, but it does give context to a couple of the jokes and the random guy who pops up in the corner every once in a while. You could be a fan of fantasy, or a fan of mystery, or a just a fan of good old-fashioned hijinks, but either way this is a fun and hysterical book to add to anyone's collection.

Popular Podcast Brought to Life
Christine B. - 6 years 1 month agoThe second chapter of the popular podcast turned graphic novel, The Adventure Zone: Murder on the Rockport Limited is an excellent adaptation of the source material. The characters are witty, unique, and hilarious with and Agatha Christie type twists and turns. I would highly recommend reading the first graphic novel before picking up this one.
