A great book to spark the reading bug
Brendan M. - 6 years 2 months agoI highly recommend Lloyd Alexander's The Chronicles of Prydain, starting with this book. I started my journey into fantasy/science fiction reading with this series when I was in grade school. I only intended to read the one for a book report, but they were so good that I read all 5 and continued with series from other authors - Susan Cooper, JRR Tolkien, CS Lewis, etc. If you want to get your kids into reading, this is a great place to start.
