Alexis F. - 6 years 5 months agoI really enjoyed looking at the way we have impacted plants, and how they impacted us. By far my favorite chapter was Apples, they way that the author makes it known what he thinks versus who he is with was something I found refreshing. You see it in Potato too, instead of not mentioning other people’s views, he includes them with his own. After reading Potato, I decided I needed to read some other Michael Pollan books
