This book had me on the floor. The slow burn had me trembling in class. One of the first books that I would not put down. I loved how magical this book is and the characters!!?!! Don’t get me started on Cardan (AND JUDE). Characters? 12/10. Plot? 10/10. The only reason why I put 4 stars is because the vocabulary used is pretty advanced. I, personally, had to Google at least 3 words every 4 pages. Other than that, this book is simply magnificent if you can manage to comprehend the semi-confusing, advanced language. 11/10. Cardan and Jude are bae
4/5★ JUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDEJUDE I read this series for the first time thanks to all of TikTok's hype and LET ME TELL YOU. This series will never have enough hype. First off, I would just like to say JUDECARDAN RIGHTS. OMG I love them both so much (although it took me a bit longer to like Cardan than I thought it would). Aside from that though, this book was so good. It's easily become a comfort read because of the amazing storyline/characters, and even though I was able to predict the ending, it was still a satisfying shock 🤩 and once again.... JUDECARDAN RIGHTS!! #SpringPicks
One of my favorite books! Such a fun and encaptivating read. I ended up reading it in less than a day. If you're a fan of fantasy and faerie then it's the perfect book for you! #SpringPicks
This is one of my absolute favorite books! It’s a great fantasy book that has lots of action and is very well written. It hooks you from the start and is a enemies to lovers trope which I love. Definitely recommend! #SpringPicks
I’m just gonna jump into it. SO I don’t know why but I always have an expectation with how a book will be written and lately I’ve been wrong. Lol the writing style made it feel like another contemporary, which I definitely don’t mind because it just makes the whole reading experience easier for me. The plot was actually GLORIOUS!!! The whole story itself was very intriguing, and a bit surprising with how it began. We also have such complex characters and schemes going on in the background that are always wonderful to see be uncovered. I really loved Jude as a main character. She was constantly trying her best and I feel she’s the most real character I’ve read about in a while. I didn’t really grasp the whole world & how it worked as a government if that makes sense. I have an idea of how everything fits but I’m not sure. In all, I loved it and I NEED the next one. I think it’s a pretty good introduction to fantasy as well.
