The first issue of CTW's print version of their hit PBS show, The Electric Company, which first started being aired in 1971 and lasted until 1977. The show and this magazine were first "intended for children who had graduated from CTW's flagship program, Sesame Street," meaning that the humor and the references made were more mature, and the cast regularly featured the likes of Morgan Freeman, Lee Chamberlin, and Bill Cosby. Moderate instances of toning along edges and page ends.
