Kristy M. - 6 years 4 months agoI have just been introduced to Lisa Jewell and this is the third book I have read of hers. It was strange, but in an interesting read you couldn't put down. I enjoyed all the aspects of the main characters, even the creepy ones. It makes you wonder how many homes in our country may have this type of craziness happening and nobody knows about it. If you haven't read anything by Jewell, give this book a try! #SummerReading

The chapters go back and forth between the past and the present which captivates the reader to continue the story in order to discover the all the secrets. The characters are filled with love, compassion, hate, and resilience. I would recommend it to all lovers of fiction.
