loved it! a little different than stephen kings regular writings, but doesn't make it any less wonderful...oh and you will cry the last 3 chapters, but totally worth it!
This book is absolutely amazing. At some point I have watched the movie version, but enough time has passed that I don't really remember much of it. But this book blew me away. The amount of thought placed behind each word is phenomenal, especially considering the multiple flashbacks and shifting time periods. Since the story was originally written in six separate parts, the beginning of each part is a bit of a recap of the previous part, sometimes word for word. This seems a bit repetitive when reading the whole story in one book, but does not take away from its greatness. The characters are well done and you can't help but feel strongly for all of them, love for the good ones and contempt for the bad ones. The story itself is just as phenomenal as the writing and the characters. It's a book you won't want to put down and despite its large page count, it can be gotten through relatively quickly. #SpringPicks
Not like Stephen King's usual horror novel, but still just as good!
