Rare white label promo copy, stamped "Not For Sale". Gatefold cover with Andy Warhol's banana sticker. This record was part of the initial lawsuit due to the back cover art, which has been covered by a black sticker provided by Verve Records. Mono, West Coast Pressing Matrix / Runout A: V-5008-S-1 MG-558-REV Matrix / Runout B: V-5008-S-1 MG-558-REV The outer cover sleeve is in good condition, especially for its age. It has shelve wear around the corners and rubbing on the back and front. The top edge has cracking to it, along with a 4" split. The banana sticker on front has not been peeled off, however the top of it is starting to curl due to age. The inside sleeve is also in good condition. No bending to the sleeve, has a 3" slit on the left side. The record itself is in good playable condition. Minor surface level markings. Has one slightly deeper scratch that appears in the "heroin" track. The song is still able to be played through, with a very minor interruption. *Tested*
