Overview

16mm film, digest version (18 1/2 minutes of 114) of Leni Riefenstahl's infamous propoganda film of the 1934 National Socialist Party congress, held in Nuremberg. Kulturfilmworks was one of the many mail order company names under which David Calvert Smith (here named as editor of this digest version) sold recycled Nazi propaganda material, often antisemitic, in the US; initally on film, later on video cassette. Prints used were often pirated. This reel serves as an artifact of a time when ultra-right material was distributed via mail-order by hard to trace organizations, often using P.O. box addresses. HPB offers this title purely as an item of scholarly, historical and/or sociogical interest. HPB does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of the views presented herein. Not screened. On metal reel, some splices visible. No vinegar smell. Includes orginial shipping container and label.
