Previously unreleased Velvet Underground recording. Sleeve is in good shape. Disc imprinted into sleeve on front and back covers. Creases around edges. Spot on back cover that is dug in, almost like someone tested a pen on the sleeve. Original inner sleeve included, minor splits on all sides. Disc is in vg+ shape. Very minor scuffing in 2 places. A great find for any fan of the Velvets.
